When we called Stan we already had a pretty scary estimate that we had signed, because we were told we had no other options. Stan gave us a completely different view.

This salesperson, from a big name company, I might add, wanted to install a complete inside footer drain with a sump, (we had a sump already but they wouldn't warranty the system with out theirs) and they tried to sell me a back up sump on top of it.

The salesperson could see the fear growing in my wife’s eyes as he gave us a price on how much it would cost to install earth anchors on 1 wall to keep it from bowing further, the price climbed over $18,000.00.
Stan offered to do some crack injections and wall stabilization for under $7,500.00. However, since we had signed with the other company we wanted to cancel with them first, now the salesperson told us we had 30 days to cancel but when we looked at the fine print the contract said 3 days, What?!!? So I went to their office – 30 miles away – to cancel. Upon entering the door I was immediately asked if it had been more then 3 days, I said no but it didn’t matter, the salesperson said that I had 30, the counter person said and I quote “It doesn’t matter what the salesman told you, Michigan Law is 3 business day to cancel”. I was pleased to cancel with the other company and extremely happy to do business with Concrete & Waterproofing Solutions.They were knowledgeable, efficient and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I called Concrete & Waterproofing Solutions because I had a leak along several basement walls.  They were referred to me by a friend.
The estimator explained the situation to me thoroughly and gave me my options and we went with an inside type system.  CWS even pointed out that our sump pump was discharging into our sanitary system, (illegal in our city).
During the installation process my husband had a diabetic episode and could not reach his insulin in time, he passed out on our kitchen floor.
CWS employees heard him fall, checked on him, called 911, and notified me on my cell.  Thank God, now I have a dry basement and I still have my husband, Thanks to CWS.
